摘要

Abstract

Taking cellulose as carbon precursor, four kinds of cellulose pyrochars were prepared at 350 ℃, 550 ℃, 750 ℃, and 950 ℃, respectively. The composition and combustion characteristics of each pyrochar and their mixtures were investigated. The results showed that: 1) With the rise of pyrolysis temperature, the carbon content in pyrochars increased gradually, the contents of hydrogen and oxygen decreased gradually, and the yield of pyrochars reduced as well. 2) The fixed carbon content and high heat value of pyrochars increased and the volatile component contents decreased along with the rise of pyrolysis temperature. 3) Thermogravimetric curves of pyrochars gradually shifted towards higher temperature region with the rise of pyrolysis temperature, the temperatures of ignition, burnout, and peak temperature of DTG curve increased gradually. 4) The carbon fuels with low ignition propensity, high exothermic capacity, wide exothermic range and stable combustion properties could be obtained by appropriate blending of the pyrochars.
