Abstract
Autofrettage processing technology can effectively improve the carrying capacity of equipment,in high pressure and ultra-high pressure equipment has a wide range of applications.Based on the third strength theory,this paper presents a simple calculation formula for the best autofrettage internal pressure of thick-walled cylinder,which helps designers to determine the best autofrettage internal pressure quickly.And the finite element software was used to establish the mechanical model of the thick-walled cylinder.The stress distribution of the thick-walled cylinder before and after the autofrettage processing was compared.From the analysis results,it can be seen that the autofrettage processing technology has obvious advantages for improving the bearing capacity of the cylinder.At the same time,different autofrettage internal pressure is applied to the finite element model of the thick-walled cylinder,and the relationship between the autofrettage internal pressure and the maximum stress value of the thick-walled cylinder under the same working pressure is obtained to determine the best autofrettage internal pressure.Compared with the theoretical formula,the error is only 6%,which is in accordance with the requirements of engineering design and can be applied in the field of mechanical engineering.关键词
