摘要

Abstract

The large pressure vessel is generally rolled in the workshop,assembly welded into the tube in the construction site and then block lifted and welded into a whole.For some pressure vessels,it is necessary to eliminate the residual stress after welding.In the technical standard,the entire heat treatment is the preferred heat-treatment process.However,in the condition of high temperature,the structural strength of the large vessel reduces and the crush perhaps happens during the process.The FEA software ABAQUS is used to analyse the stress of a light ends column in a chemical device during the process of heat preservationin all possibleworking conditions.The results show that during the process of heat preservation,the strength,rigidity and stability of the light ends column meet the requirements and the thermal stress is much larger than the that by the weight or the wind load.At present,the light ends column has been heat treated successfully.It can be used as reference for the strength,rigidity and stability analysis of large tower-type pressure vessel in the process of entire heat treatment.
