Abstract
The stress state of the non-pull-rod spherical tank under horizontal force was analyzed,as well as the stress distribution of pillars.The mechanical model of spherical tank was established by using the subsection process of pillars,and the formulas for calculating vertical load,bending moment and axial normal stress were derived.According the formulas,the vertical load is significantly less than the calculation results in GB 12337-2014,and the axial stress is mainly decided by bending stress.The finite element model of the 1500 m3 spherical tank was established,thus the displacement,stress and the reaction force at the bottom of the tank were calculated,the results of which agree well with the mechanical model.关键词
