Abstract
The steam generator(SG) of nuclear power plant is one of the main equipments in the nuclear island,its safety is related to the normal operation of nuclear power plant.Based on ASME Ⅲ-1,ASME Ⅷ-2 and finite element technology,the stress analysis and evaluation of the bottom head of SG in a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant was studied through linear elastic analysis,nonlinear analysis and thermo-mechanical coupling analysis.The results show that the stress intensity of the SG head meets the ASME standard requirements and has a certain margin.The ultimate carrying capacity of the equipment can be improved by considering the strain-strengthening effect.When the thermal stress is considered,the stress intensity of the outside of the head is deteriorated and the inner side is improved.The conservative calculation of thermal-mechanical coupling analysis shows that the total stress intensity of the head is still in the elastic stage except for the local area.The research results can provide some reference for the design,strength analysis and optimization of this kind of equipment.关键词
