摘要

Abstract

In view of the difficulty of deep hole processing in tube-sheet of large heat exchanger,the key fixture needed in the machining process is designed,the stress analysis of the fixture was made before manufacture,the design scheme is optimized according to the stress analysis results.Finally, the rationality of the design and the necessity of the optimization are verified by the inspection after the actual processing.
