Abstract
Fly ash molecular sieve (PMS) had been prepared by fly ash as raw material through micro?wave hydrothermal method, alkali fused and acid washed. The production was characterized by SEM, XRD and FTIR. It was found that the optimal synthesis process was: the molar ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 was 3.5, micro?wave time 40 min, reaction temperature was 100 ℃, reaction time was 8 h. XRD indicated that PMS had the structure of P-type molecular sieve. SEM showed that PMS had regular structure and uniform size. The ad?sorptive capacity of PMS was 652.35μg/g for Basic Blue 9. PMS was suitable for treating dye wastewater.关键词
