Abstract
DM-2906D was energy-saving products designed for dyeing plant, which was used without adjusting the acidity and easy to operate. The effects of water quality, bath ratio, dosage, temperature and time on the application performance of anti-phenol yellowing agent DM-2906D were discussed, and the most optimal application technology was obtained. The test results showed that the nylon fabric anti-phenol yellowing finishing process was that nylon fabric was padded with DM-2906D of 40 g/L, or impregnated with DM-2906D of 3% at 40 ℃ for 20 min. Under the optimal process, the anti-phenol yellowing index could reach level 5.关键词
