摘要

Abstract

The development processes and the research and application status of advanced control,soft sensing and operation optimization are reviewed firstly,and it is shown that the technologies in process control are crucial to the enhancement of oil refinery production safety and efficiency and to the reduction of energy and consumption.Then,the major difficulties in the implementation of advanced control are discussed by analyzing the features of refinery industry process.To deal with these difficulties,a new effective way is recommended.Finally,the prospect of further research and application is given in the area of intelligent manufacturing within the refinery industry process.
