摘要

Abstract

In this research,three varieties which differ greatly in cadmium absorption were selected to anlaysis the physical and biochemical dynamic characteristics of ramie to cadmium stress by hydroponics with the 7 mg/L cadmium concentration.It concluded that ramie had active regulatory mechanism to cadmium stress.Soluble protein content in roots increased,enzyme activity declined but active absorbing area changed little with the increasing of the time.Meanwhile,soluble protein content in leaves and chlorophyll content increased,POD and CAT activity in leaves increased at first and then decreased.Among the three,Shaoyang No.3 had potential of absorbing more cadmium with the mean root active absorbing area reaching(63.45 ± 5.21) %,which was significantly higher than (55.47 ± 4.06) % of Zhongzhu No.2 and (55.92 ± 3.71) % of S-1-6.Soluble protein content and CAT activity in leaves of Shaoyang No.3 changed little when cadmium stress continued.
