摘要

Abstract

To study the difference of the different ramie cultivars under cadmium stress,"Zhong zhu 1","Hua zhu 5" and "Chuan zhu 8" were used as experimental materials,which have different cadmium accumulation ability.The influences of Cd stress (5,25,50 mg/L) on ramie biomass,leaf SPAD value and photosynthetic characteristics were studied in greenhouse.The results showed that Cadmium treatment inhibited the growth and photosynthesis of ramie.The plant height,biomass,SPAD and photosynthetic parameters were decreased under cadmium stress.The growth of different ramie cultivars was different under cadmium stress,and the sensitivity of ramie to cadmium was Zhong zhu 1 > Chuan zhu 8 > Hua zhu 5.The growth of Zhong zhu 1 was significantly promoted under low concentration (5 mg/L) cadmium,the growth of Hua zhu 5 and Chuan zhu 8 was less affected than Zhong zhu 1 under medium and high concentration (25 ~50 mg/L) cadmium,and the growth was more stable.The effect of different concentrations of cadmium on the photosynthetic characteristics of ramie was not consistent,and the change of parameter value was not correlated with the concentration.The main limiting factor of the decrease of photosynthetic rate of ramie was non-stomatal factor,and the responses of the three cultivars to photosynthetic parameters of cadmium stress were inconsistent.
