Abstract
Recently, China has formulated a series of incentive policies to promote the development of the community health service institutions, among which the policies about bonus allocation reform are particularly important.Under such circumstances, Nanyuan Community Health Center(herein after referred to as the Center) established a management model and an assessment system for community health service-related position-based performance in accordance with the equivalent value of service, the comparison principle of "performance is compared between the same positions, wage coefficient is compared between different positions ", and the appraisal principle of assessing the number, quality and efficiency of services.The implementation of this position-based performance management model and assessment system, solved the problem that "standardization equivalent value could not be compared between different positions", promotes the reasonable and effective allocation of resources and bonus, incentivizes the positive attitude toward work of primary healthcare providers, improves the overall efficiency of the work in the Center, and is contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of the Center.关键词
