喉源性咳嗽发病的影响因素研究
Associated Factors of Laryngeal Cough
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the associated factors of laryngeal cough,in order to provide a basis for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods The enrolled 483 participants were all from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,including 383 outpatients with laryngeal cough visited Department of ENT(patient group),and 100 underwent health examination(control group) between January 2014 and March 2016.The Factors Associated with Laryngeal Cough Questionnaire developed based on the related previous articles was used to survey the participants for collecting their clinical data,which covered gender,age,factors inducing the onset of laryngeal cough(catching a chill,having a cold,fatigue),and history of smoking and drinking,status of like eating spicy food,allergic history of dust mite.The factors associated with laryngeal cough were investigated by the analyses with univariate and multivariate Logistic regression models.Results Of the patient group,48.3%(185/383) were males,and 51.7%(198/383) were females;54.6%(209/383) aged less than 40,45.4%(174/383) aged 40 or over.The analyses with univariate Logistic regression models found that,gender,age,history of smoking and drinking,status of like eating spicy food were not the factors obviously associated with laryngeal cough(P>0.05);catching a chill,having a cold,fatigue and mite allergy were the factors obviously associated with laryngeal cough(P<0.05).The analyses with multivariate Logistic regression models found that,catching a chill,having a cold,fatigue and mite allergy were the factors obviously associated with laryngeal cough(P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngeal cough occurs in both females and males of all age groups with almost the same probability.People who have a chill,a cold,fatigue or history of mite allergy are more prone to it.关键词
