Abstract
Updates of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Guidelines for Breast Cancer Screening and Diagnosis(version 1,2017)involved history-taking and physical examination,mammography,the application of ultrasonography in screening and diagnosis of breast cancer,magnetic resonance imaging of breast,evaluation tool Gail breast cancer risk assessment model,puncture and biopsy and so on.There is a huge gap in the device application and diagnosis and treatment level between China and the western countries of primary health care institutions.Based on the national conditions of our country,we should establish a screening model and evaluation system for high-risk groups of breast cancer for Chinese women,and to provide guidance for the early detection of breast cancer in China.关键词
