摘要
Abstract
Parkinson′s disease(PD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder. There have been studies suggesting that the gut microbiota may have a prominent role in modulating the bidirectional interaction between brain and gut, therefore proposing the microbiota-gut-brain axis, which also exists in PD.Disregulation of the microbiota-gut-brain axis is closely associated with the gastrointestinal dysfunction in PD.Moreover,it may also contribute to the pathogenesis of PD.Based on summarizing the recent research process in microbiota-gut-brain axis and PD,it may be concluded that the suggestion of microbiota-gut-brain axis helps us better understand PD,and it provides a basis for using gut microbiota modification as a promising option to treat PD or reduce the risk of PD.关键词
