Abstract
A large number of medical evidences show that standardized cardiac rehabilitation (CR) can decrease the death rate of the patients,improve their quality of life,and reduce the medical cost,which will bring hope to ease the cardiovascular disease burden for the society of China.Though there have been more and more cardiac rehabilitation centers set up in China,they can not achieve sustainable development due to low acceptability in the patients or unbalanced input-output.On the basis of the CR experience in Fuwai Hospital and the Alliance,this article breaks the traditional medical practice pattern and starts with the patients' rigid demands.It explores the possibility to integrate clinical pathway with rehabilitation pathway by setting the patients' cognition,experience and curative effect as core-competitiveness and key performance indicators.It also adopts the combination of Chinese traditional medicine with western medicine by transversally collaborating with the departments in the hospital and deeply cooperating with multiple disciplines.Ultimately it will realize the sustainable development of CR and will benefit the patients,the hospitals,even the whole society.关键词
