心功能不全患者红细胞分布宽度特点研究
Characteristics and analysis of red blood cell distribution width in patients with cardiac insufficiency

Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between red blood cell distribution width (RDW) and B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) level in patients with cardiac insufficiency.Methods Totally 174 patients with cardiac insufficiency in Department of Cardiology in our hospital were selected.The subjects were divided into 2 groups according to LVEF and E/A ratio:cardiac insufficiency group (LVEF＜50％ or E/A＜ 1,117cases),normal group (LVEF＞50％ and E/A＜ 1,57 cases).The cardiac insufficiency group was divided into EF reduced heart failure group (LVEF ＜ 50％.E/A＜1,81 cases),EF preserved heart failure group (LVEF ≥ 50％,E/A＜ 1,36 cases).The RDW and BNP levels were analyzed.Results There was significant difference in patients with cardiac insufficiency between the RDW and BNP.The BNP and RDW in EF reduced heart failure group were higher than those in EF preserved heart failure group.The BNP level was significantly positively correlated with RDW level.The RDW level and BNP level were significantly negatively correlated with LVEE there being significant differences between each group (P＜0.05).Conclusion RDW has potential diagnostic value for cardiac insufficiency.关键词
