摘要

Abstract

This experiment was to study the morphology development characteristics of gastrointestinal tissues in lambs at different day ages after birth.24 Shanbei White Cashmere Goats were divided into 8 groups according to the completely random experiment designs (n=8).Gastrointestinal contents and tissues were sampled after the lambs were slaughtered at ages of the birth day 0,3,7,14,21,28,42 and 56.Paraffin section by conventional method and HE staining was then prepared to determine development characteristics and related parameters of various tissue biopsies stomach chamber fermentation index.The results show that from day 0 to day 56,rumen pH fluctuated at a range of 5.35 ~ 6.28,and abomasum pH value ranged 3.29 ~ 4.39.The papilla height of the dorsal sac rumen gradually increased with the lamb growth,The indicators of reticulum morphological presented a trend of gradual increase with the lamb growth.The duodenum villus height differed in 0,3,7,14,28 and 56 days (P < 0.05);Ileal crypt depth also presented a significant difference in 0,3,14,42 and 56 days (P < 0.05);Jejunum villus height differed only in 0,14 and 56 days (P < 0.05).In conclusion,the 28-day-old was a critical point of gastrointestinal tissue morphological development and its development extent was close to that of 28-56 days,implicating that Shaanbei White Cashmere Goat could be weaned with a supply of milk replacer at the age of 28 day-old weaning by using.
