Comparison of clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light or Tacrolimus combined with Hyaluronic acid repairing biological membrane in the treatment of facial corticosteroids addictive dermatitis

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical e?cacy of intense pulsed light or Tacrolimus combined with Hyaluronic acid repairing biological membrane in the treatment of facial corticosteroids addictive dermatitis. Method The clinical information of 96 cases of patients with facial corticosteroids addictive dermatitis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed, they were divided into observation group (52 cases) and control group (44 cases) according to the treatment methods. Observation group patients were treated with intense pulsed light combined with Hyaluronic acid repairing biological membran, and control group patients were treated with Tacrolimus combined with Hyaluronic acid repairing biological membran. The symptom scores and efficacy, the objective indexes of skin test before and 4 weeks after treatment, and the quality of life and adverse reactions before and 2 or 4 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups. Result After 4 weeks of treatment, the subjective feelings scores and objective performance scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05). The subjective feeling score and objective performance score of observation group after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05), the total effective rate was significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, two groups of patients with skin oils and water loss were significantly reduced than before treatment (P < 0.05), water content in stratum corneum were significantly increased than before treatment (P < 0.05), the pH, melanin and hemoglobin were lower than before treatment, but there were no significant differences (P > 0.05). After treatment, the skin oils and water loss of observation group patients were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05), the water content in stratum corneum was higher than control group (P < 0.05), there were no significant differences in pH, melanin and hemoglobin between the two groups (P > 0.05). 7 patients in observation group occurred facial redness and swelling, and they were improved after symptomatically treated. There were no obvious side effects occurred in control group. After 2 weeks of treatment, the quality of life of the two groups improved significantly (P < 0.05), and observation group patients improved more significantly (P < 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the quality of life of the two groups were further improved than after 2 weeks of treatment (P < 0.05), and observation group patients improved more significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with Hyaluronic acid repairing biological membrane in the treatment of facial corticosteroids addictive dermatitis, the efficacy is significant, safety is good, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
