Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), myoglobin (Mb) and biochemical parameters in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure (CHF). Method 135 patients with CHF treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were brought into observation group, and 60 health cases were brought into control group during the same period. Took the patient's blood to complete the measurement of BNP, Mb, cardiac troponin (cTNT), Cystatin C (Cys C), and then compared those indexes. Result The levels of BNP, Mb, cTNT and Cys C in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). With the increasing of cardiac dysfunction level, the levels of BNP, Mb, cTNT and Cys C were up-regulated significantly (P<0.05); BNP detection's sensitivity (86.67%) and specificity (90.00%) were the highest among the four indexes; Mb, cTNT and Cys C were at a moderate level. Conclusion BNP, Mb, cTNT and Cys C have high diagnostic value for CHF and should be widely applied, it is worth promoting.关键词
