Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of insulin aspart in treatment of hepatogenous diabetes. METHODS:108 patients with hepatogenous diabetes admitted in Qianjiang Centre Hospital from Aug. 2013 to Aug. 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 54 cases in each. The control group was given insulin glargine, while the observation group was treated with insulin aspart. The blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of two groups were observed, and the incidences of hypoglycemia and liver function damage of two groups were compared. RESULTS:The fasting blood-glucose, blood glucose of 2 hours after meal, blood glucose before sleep and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05); the incidences of hypoglycemia and liver function damage of observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of insulin aspart in treatment of hepatogenous diabetes is remarkable, which can effectively control the blood glucose level, improve clinical symptoms and reduce the incidences of hypoglycemia and liver function damage.关键词
