Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and economic evaluation of different therapeutic regimens in treatment of bacterial vaginitis. METHODS:120 patients with bacterial vaginitis admitted into XinSteel Center Hospital from Jun. 2014 to Jun. 2016 were selected and divided into group A, group B and group C via random number table, with 40 cases in each group. Group A was treated with metronidazole suppository, group B was given Baofukang suppository, group C was treated with Nifuratel and nysfungin soft capsules. The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of three groups were observed, and the cost-effectiveness analysis was carried out in pharmacoeconomics method. RESULTS:The total effective rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05), while there were no statistical significance between group B and group C, group A and group B (P>0.05); there was no statistical significance in incidence of adverse drug reactions among three groups (P>0.05). The results of the cost-effectiveness analysis and sensitivity analysis showed that the C/E of group C was lower than group B;and take group A as standard, the ΔC/ΔE of group C was lower than group B. CONCLUSIONS:According to the pharmacoeconomics evaluation, the Nifuratel and nysfungin soft capsules is the good therapeutic regimens in treatment of bacterial vaginitis.关键词
