Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the application and its rationality of proton pump inhibitor(PPI)for injection in 1 920 medical records of inpatients in the First People`s Hospital of Shaoyang (hereinafter referred to as "this hospital"), so as to provide references for rational drug application. METHODS:To formulate an evaluation criterion of clinical rational application of PPI for injection, 1920 medical orders of inpatients in this hospital from Apr. 2016 to May. 2016 were extracted from hospital information system, the indications, species, administration route, usage and dosage and treatment course of PPI were evaluated and analyzed according to the evaluation criterion. RESULTS:Of 1 920 medical orders, there were 715 with irrational drug application, accounted for 37.2%; mainly included non-indication preventive drug application, inappropriate administration route, overlong treatment course, etc. CONCLUSIONS:There are irrational applications of PPI for injection in this hospital, quality control should be applied on rectifying and reforming, so as to promote rational application of PPI for injection.关键词
