Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the preventive application of antibiotics on type Ⅰ incision of orthopedics during perioperative period in Heyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"), so as to provide references for further reinforcement of rational application and standard management of antibiotics. METHODS:1 660 cases of type Ⅰ incision of orthopedics discharged from our hospital in 2016 were selected, the preventive application of antibiotics during perioperative period was retrospectively investigated and analyzed. RESULTS:Of 1 660 patients of type Ⅰ incision of orthopedics, 1 011 cases received preventive application of antibiotics, accounted for 60.90%. Of 1 011 cases of preventive application, 796 patients received irrational drug application, accounted for 78.73%; antibiotics for preventive application mainly included cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for injection, cefamandole and cefotiam; 98.21% (993 cases) of preventive application were 0.5-1.0 h before operation; courses of treatment of 231 cases (accounted for 22.85%) were ≤24 h, 460 cases (45.49%) were >48 h. CONCLUSIONS:There is irrational preventive application of antibiotics existing in type Ⅰ incision of orthopedics during perioperative period in our hospital, mainly included inappropriate choice of antibiotics, overlong courses of treatment and so on, which needs further supervision, so as to promote rational application of antibiotics.关键词
