增强体成分对表面复合材料摩擦特性的影响
Effect of Reinforcement Composition on Friction Property of Surface Composite
摘要
Abstract
Using cast tungsten carbide and high carbon ferrochromium as main reinforcements,three kinds of surface composites with different compositions were prepared by casting method.Effect of reinforcement composition s on the friction property of the surface composite was investigated.The results show that the shape and relative quantity of carbide in the microstructure of surface layer is changed by tungsten carbide.Meanwhile,the right amount of tungsten carbide can significantly improve the wear resistance of the surface composites.On the contrary,the wear resistance of surface composite is reduced with an excessive tungsten carbide.关键词
