摘要

Abstract

Effects of Fe and Ti on microstructure and tensile properties of A1-Cu-B aluminium alloys were studied by means of metallographic analysis,tensile test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrum(EDS) analysis.The results show that the elements Fe and Ti compound added can promote the transformation of θ into Al7Cu2Fe and other iron compounds (fish bone and daisy-like).The tensile strength and hardness of the alloy increase.When addingl.5%Fe+2.2%Ti,the grain of the sample is refined obviously,the tensile strength of the specimen reach the maximum value of 238 MPa,as-cast hardness is 105 BS.
