TC4/Al30Si固液扩散溶解层的研究
Research on Liquid-solid Diffusion Dissolution Layer in TC4/Al30Si Composites

Abstract
TC4/Al30Si bimetallic composites were prepared in a molybdenum wire resistance furnace.The microstructure and constituents of transition layer were characterized by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer,and the microhardnesses were tested.The results show that the TC4/Al30Si bimetallic composites with good diffusion dissolution layer can be achieved at 650 ℃ for 60 min.The diffusion layer presents uniform microstructure,flat interface,moderate thickness and non-oxide inclusions,without welding defects such as holes.Ti and Al diffusion is full in the TC4/Al30Si interface,Si enrichs in dissolved layer and forms Ti7Al5Si12 phase layer,which hidered the diffusion of Ti and Al.Based on the reinforcement of Ti7Al5Si12,the microhardness of dissolved layer is higher than the parent metal and the peak hardness is up to 611.2 HV.关键词
