S32654超级奥氏体不锈钢压缩热变形中流动行为的本构模型
Constitutive Model of Flow Behaviors of Superaustenitic Stainless Steel S32654 During Compressive Hot Deformation
摘要
Abstract
The hot deformation behavior of superaustenitic stainless steel S32654 was investigated by hot compression tests using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator at the temperature of 950~1 250 ℃ and the strain rates of 0.001 s-1 ~10 s-1.A constitutive equation for superanstenitic stainless steel S32654 at high temperature compression was established.The results show that the influence of temperature and strain rate on the flow stress of the steel is significant.The flow stress decreases with the increase of temperature and the decrease of strain rate.Above 1 150 ℃,at the swain rate of lower than 0.1 s-1,the flow curves exhibit nearly steady state behavior,while at the higher strain rate of 10 s~,continuous flow softening occurs.The flow stress predicted by the model is in agreement with the experimental values.关键词
