间接挤压铸造活塞模具设计与工艺优化
Design of Indirect Squeezing Casting Mould and Process Optimization
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine the best technology of indirect squeeze casting ZL109 piston and the mould structure,the squeeze casting scheme was simulated by the ProCAST to analyze the filling process,the solidification process and predict the possible defects,and the casting process method and optimization scheme were determined.The results show that the shrinkage cavity in castings can be effectively improved by optimizing process parameters,at the same time raising the product quality.关键词
