摘要

Abstract

Through the single factor test,the reciprocating friction and wear test was designed under different working condition (load,spindle speed and fit clearance) by connecting rod bushing-piston pin swing back and forth friction and wear tester,and the wear amount of connecting rod bushing was measured.The results show that,with load increasing,the wear amount of connecting rod bushing increases;with the spindle speed increasing,the wear-amount increases;with fit clearance increasing,the wear amount decreases.
