摘要

Abstract

Under vacuum condition,W6Mo5Cr4V2/304 stainless steel bimetallic composite was prepared by transient liquid phase diffusion bonding technology with amorphous BNi2 as an interlayer.Orthogonal test method shows that main influence factors on mechanical properties of the interface of W6Mo5Cr4V2/304 stainless steel bimetallic composite from big to small in proper order is bonding temperature,holding time and bonding pressure.The W6Mo5Cr4V2/304 stainless steel bimetallic composite with good interface structure and mechanical properties can be prepared at the bonding temperature of 1 200 ℃,the holding time of 8 min and the bonding pressure of 6 MPa.The tensile strength of the interface of bimetallic composite is bigger than 304 stainless steel,and the shear strength of the interface is 329 MPa.
