Abstract
Through the analysis of the low pressure casting process and the level pressure requirements,a design of low pressure casting liquid level pressure control system based on improved PID algorithm was presented.According to the requirement of the low pressure casting liquid level,the overall scheme of the control system was designed,in the hardware,taking PIC16F737 processor as the main controller,and using GB-3000A sensor to collect the pressure of the liquid level,in the software,using particle swarm algorithm to improve the PID algorithm,and the improved PID algorithm as the core of the software.The simulation result shows that the surface pressure control system can accurately and real-time control the liquid level pressure value in low pressure casting.关键词
