摘要

Abstract

There are shrinkage and porosity defects in the lower thick-thin junction of the flange castings in the production of flange.In order to eliminate the defects,the casting technology and the structure of the flange casting was analyzed and optimized by MAGMAsoft.The shrinkage and porosity were solved after process optimization.
