土壤中重金属砷赋存形态和检测方法研究进展
Advances in Occurrence Form and Detection Method of Heavy Metals Arsenic in Soils
摘要
Abstract
The arsenic speciation in soil and the main compounds of arsenic were explored.In this paper,detecting methods for arsenic content in soil were introduced ,the common method included the methods of spectrophotometry,atomic absorption spectrometry,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,atomic fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy in China ,commonly used methods included nucleic acid aptamers and coupling technique in overseas.The principles and advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods were analyzed ,and some problems about of arsenic in soil were put forward ,which was of great significance to the study of heavy metal arsenic in soil.关键词
