摘要

Abstract

To reduce the impact of electric vehicles charging behavior on the regional distribution network, that is to reduce the increase of the peak load of distribution network, this paper takes into account the different types of users of electric vehicles in residential areas, government departments and the business district of the driving rules, parking laws, charging demand.In order to achieve the peak load shifting targets of distribution network in entire area, we propose a V2G (vehicle-to-grid) mode guided by different load types TOU complementary order method of charging from the dual time and space.Taking the load demand of 10 kV line in IEEE RBTS-5 1,2 system as an example, the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the proposed method, which verifies the effectiveness of the method of charging time and space ordered complementary on the peak load shifting valleyof total load in regional distribution network.
