基于设备状态评价的配电网动态可靠性评估
Dynamic Reliability Assessment of Distribution Network Based on Equipment State Evaluation Model

Abstract
In the traditional reliability assessment of distribution network,the calculation is based on the historical sta?tistics of equipment failure. However,the historical statistics cannot reflect the dynamic state of equipment,thus the re?al-time reliability analysis cannot be supported. To tackle the above shortcomings,a dynamic reliability assessment method for distribution network is proposed based on an equipment state evaluation model. Firstly,according to the fail?ure records of the existing urban distribution network,the failure factors of distribution network equipment are analyzed and determined. Secondly,the failure rate of equipment based on historical statistics is combined with the operation states of equipment,and a failure rate model is set up considering the actual states of equipment,such as operation life,operation state and operation environment. Thirdly,a reliability assessment method of distribution network based on the equipment state evaluation model is proposed,which can be used to evaluate the dynamic reliability and exca?vate the weak links of distribution network at the same time. Finally,an example is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
