摘要

Abstract

Heat stress not only affects the health of dairy cows, but also leads to the"heat-stressed milk protein decrease syndrome" and reduces the milk quality further. In this paper, the research advances of the effects of heat stress on milk protein content and casein and whey protein components in cow milk were reviewed, and the mechanisms of the "heat-stressed milk protein decrease syndrome" induced by heat stress were summa-rized, which provided a reference for ameliorating heat stress in dairy cows and improving the milk quality.
