摘要

Abstract

The experiment was aimed to explore the mechanism of antibiotics from the perspective of intestinal microbes, and to provide theoretical basis and reference for the future research of green antibiotic alternative. Six Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred castrated boars pigs at 30 days of age were selected, and randomly divided into two groups: basal diet group ( without antibiotic ) and antibiotic group ( basal diet supplemented with 0.12% compound antibiotics) , each group contained 3 replicates and 1 pigs in each replicate. The experi-mental lasted for 35 days. The results showed that the intestinal microbial species diversity of antibiotic group was more than that of the basal diet group;the ratio of Firmicute/Bacteroidetes ( F/B) of antibiotic group was higher than basal diet group, therefore, the addition of antibiotics was conducive to the storage of fat in pig-lets; from the perspective of intestinal microflora, antibiotics may through promoting L7A_E11, Flexispira and Coprococcus , etc and inhibiting Mitsuokella, Megasphaera and Faecalibacterium, etc to prevent disease, im-prove survival rate and promote growth; using PICRUSt to predict the function, antibiotic played an important role in lipid biosynthesis protein, methane metabolism, transport protein, transcription factor, transcription mechanism, RNA transport, fatty acid biosynthesis and other pass way. In conclusion, antibiotics can through regulate intestinal microflora of piglets to accelerate fat storage, accelerate the degradation of coarse fiber in piglets, promote the production of short chain fatty acids, and ultimately help to prevent disease, improve sur-vival rate and promote growth.
