双歧杆菌三联活菌散辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎对炎症因子及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响
The effect of Bifidobacterium sanitary powder on the inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with ulcerative colitis

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of Bifidobacterium sanitary powder on the inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods: A total of 80 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected, according to the odds of the serial number of the group, were divided into observation group and control group each 40 cases, the control group given dietary guidance, melaclitaxel, vitamin C and other comprehensive treatment;the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment to give Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria scattered adjuvant therapy.The levels of IL-6, CRP, TNF-α and T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were compared before treatment (T0), after treatment 1 month (T1), 3 months (T2).Results:: The levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-α in T1 serum were lower than those in T0 and T2, and the levels of serum IL-6, CRP and TNF-α were lower than those of T0 and T1 (P <0.05).The levels of serum IL-6, CRP and TNF-α in group T1 and T2 were significantly lower than those in control group T1 and T2 (All P <0.05).The levels of T1CD3+,, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ were higher than those of T0;the levels of CD3+,, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in T2 were higher than those in T0, T1;the levels of CD8+ in T1 blood were lower than those in T0;the levels of CD8+ in T2 blood were lower than those in T0, T1.The levels of CD3+,, CD4+, CD4+ /CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group T1 and T2, the CD8+ level was significantly lower than that in the control group T1 and T2 (all P<0.05).Conclusions: Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria scattered adjuvant treatment of ulcerative colitis help to inhibit the body''s inflammatory response, improve immune function.关键词
