子宫动脉栓塞术治疗对产后大出血产妇卵巢功能的影响
Effect of uterine arterial embolization on postpartum hemorrhage and on ovarian function

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of uterine arterial embolization on postpartum hemorrhage and on menstruation,sex hormone levels,ovarian function and pelvic floor function.Methods: A total of 45 patients with postpartum hemorrhage treated by uterine arterial embolization in our hospital were selected as the treatment group, 42 normal mothers in the same period were selected as the control group.The hemostasis effect of the treatment group was recorded,the menstrual status of the 2 groups patients after menstruation was compared,and the levels of hormone and ovarian function and pelvic floor were measured before and after treatment.Results: The 45 patients of treatment group all could quickly and effectively stop bleeding after embolization treatment,hemostasis success rate was 100%;There was no significant difference in menstrual cycle and menstrual days between the 2 groups (P>0.05);The levels of E2,P,FSH,LH and PRL,ovarian function index RI and PI,pelvic floor muscle fatigue and vaginal dynamic pressure before and after 3 and 6 months have no significant difference (P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the 2 groups (P>0.05).Conclusions: Uterine arterial embolization in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is effective.Besides, it has no influence on patient''s menstrual conditions,sex hormone levels,ovarian and pelvic floor function, thus it is worthy of extensive clinical application.关键词
