矿井水害事故巷道淤泥快速凝结的实验研究
Experimental study on rapid silt condensation following water disaster in coal mine underground roadway

Abstract
This paper is a response to silt more likely to flow and difficult to treat after coal mine drainage operation in the underground water accident. This paper is concerned with an analysis of the roadway silt, silt composition and water content in water disaster accident tunnel; an investigation into the hydration reaction of the main components of composite cementitious material and the silt in the tunnel; and use of the method of cementation between roadway mud and cementing material to realize the transition of the roadway silt from the flow regime to the plastic state. The experimental results show that false coagulation is more likely to occur when the composite cementitious materials contain sulphoaluminate cement; a proper increase in the sulphoaluminate cement content in composite cementitious materials could provide a significant reduction in the excessive water-binder ratio phenomenon; a proper increase in the alkalinity of composite cementitious materials could provide an effective reduction in the appropriate setting time short tunnel silt; and the origin-based regression analysis of the high speed reaction of the silt in the roadway reveals the relationship between the acidity and alkalinity of the sludge in the composite cementing material and the progress of hydration reaction and the setting time. The study could provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of fast setting material of roadway sludge.关键词
