摘要

Abstract

This paper is devoted to exploring the variation law underlying the instability precursor of the strong impact tendency coal samples under cyclic load by monitoring of cyclic loading equipment using acoustic emission(AE). The research is focused on using experimental data top provide a comparative analysis of deformation characteristics before the stability loss of coal samples and acoustic emission characteristic parameters. The results show that the way the process of coal sample circulation sees the instability load less than the maximum load means an obvious radial deformation in several cycles before sample instability; the time when the structure buckling load represents the maximum bearing load for the structure implies no obvious change in the amount of cyclic deformation before the specimen is unstable, suggesting the instantaneous failure; the "radial cordon" derived from the contrast experiment of coal structure instability works for the instability warning of non instantaneous destruction of coal sample but not for instantaneous destruction of coal sample; cyclic loading in the process of AE energy and AE cumulative energy could provide a better reflection of the coal sample failure process. The statistical analysis shows that the cumulative energy release accounts for 30% of the total cumulative energy release as a warning value of coal sample structure instability.
