基于薄板模型的高韧性煤层难冒放机理分析
Analysis on difficult caving mechanism of high toughness coal seam based on thin plate model

Abstract
To investigate the difficult caving mechanism of high toughness coal seam in fully- mechanized working face, the toughness index characteristics of high toughness coal seam were ana-lyzed based on the experiment of physical and mechanical parameters of the coal sample, the thin plate models of top coal and roof under uniformly distributed load were built, the deflection surface equations of thin plates were compiled in Matlab, and an analogue simulation of the deflection surfaces of thin plates was carried out combining the working face parameters: the separation area and maximum sep-aration value were obtained between top coal and roof; the monitored support load data of high tough-ness coal seam working face were collected and analysed to find the separation area and its shape be-tween top coal and roof. The results have shown that the high toughness coal seam has low elasticity modulus, the large-area separation emerges between top coal and roof in fully-mechanized mining, and the separation areas in the initial stage and stoping stage have an oval and arched shape respectively; the top coal cannot timely cave, break up and be released due to the absence of roof pressure; the analysis of support load data in field is well consistent with the analogue simulation of thin plates' deflection sur-faces.关键词
