碘原位凝胶含量及体外释放度测定方法研究
Establishment of Content and Release Rate in Vivo of Iodine in Situ Gel

Abstract
To determine the content and release rate in vitro of iodine in situ gel, self-made model was used to determine release rate in vitro.The method was adopted using distilled water as medium at rotational speed of 100 r/min and the temperature of(37.0±0.5)℃.UV method was adopted to determined release rate in vitro of iodine in situ gel and UV detection wavelength of iodine in CCl4 solution is 517nm.The results showed that the linear range of iodine was 40-200μg/ml (r=0.9997), with an average recovery of 99.4%,RSD=0.65%(n=9).And the calibration curve of iodine was linear when its concentration range was 100~1000μg/L.Established method is simple, rapid and accurate.It provides a new method and new thinking for release rate in vitro of iodine in relerant preparations.关键词
