茯苓竹茹汤联合盐酸舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁状态临床观察
Fuling Zhuru decoction combined with sertraline hydrochloride analysis on treatment of depression after stroke

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the depressive state of acupuncture plus Fuling Zhuru decoction combined with sertraline in the treatment of stroke after effect.Methods:The clinical data of 92 patients with post-stroke depression were analyzed.Single use of sertraline in the treatment of 45 patients as the control group, 47 cases were treated with acupuncture plus Fuling Zhuru decoction based on sertraline hydrochloride on the treatment of the patients for the study group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment, the scores of BI and SDS in the study group and reference group were significantly different from those before treatment.After treatment with different drugs, the total effective rate was 100.00% in the study group and 86.67% in the control group.The results of the data showed differences, from the adverse reaction occurred, the study group 2.13% compared with the control group 15.56, significantly reduced.Conclusion: For patients with depression after stroke treated by acupuncture plus Fuling Zhuru decoction combined with sertraline hydrochloride treatment effect, high safety, clinical promotion.关键词
