特发性膜性肾病中医证候分布与临床病理分期的相关性研究
Study on the correlation between TCM syndromes distribution and clinicopathological staging of idiopathic membranous nephropathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between TCM syndromes distribution, pathologic staging and physical and chemical indexes of idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN).Methods :We retrospectively analyzed the distribution of TCM syndromes, pathological staging and physical and chemical indexes of 60 patients,which diagnosed as idiopathic membranous nephropathy.We compared with the similarities and differences between pathologic stage and physical and chemical indexes.Results: 60 cases of IMN patients, TCM syndrome were based on the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Study on the correlation between the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality showed spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome and wet water syndrome, wet turbidity was positively correlated, spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome was positively correlated with water wet syndrome, Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome was positively correlated with blood stasis syndrome.Study on the correlation between TCM syndromes distribution and clinicopathological staging showed spleen and kidney qi deficiency type, spleen and kidney yang type of pathological staging to ⅠⅡ were common, Qi and Yin deficiency type of pathology stage Ⅲ were common.Study on the correlation between TCM syndromes distribution and staging physical and chemical indexes showed Spleen and kidney qi deficiency type 24hUp, serum Scr levels were higher than spleen and kidney yang type, Qi and Yin deficiency type.Comparison with the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of CHO, TG and urinary NAG in Qi-Yin deficiency type were higher than those in spleen-kidney qi deficiency type and spleen-kidney yang type, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion :Spleen and kidney qi deficiency type, spleen and kidney yang type, Qi and Yin deficiency type was the main syndrome of IMN.There is a certain correlation between the deficiency and the evidence.Qi and Yin deficiency type in the renal pathological stage, physical and chemical indicators and other changes in damage heavier.关键词
