摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of acupuncture combined with ganglioside on neurological deficits in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods: 260 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received ganglioside treatment, the treatment group received ganglioside plus acupuncture treatment, comparing curative effect after treatment.Results: After treatment,TCM syndrome score, NIHSS score of treatment group,FIM scores,blood rheology indexes, serum hs-CRP, TNF-alpha,IL-6 were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with ganglioside can improve the neurological deficit and independence in patients with ischemic stroke, which is of positive significance to improve the prognosis of patients with ischemic stroke.关键词
