On the power mean of L-functions weighted by the k-th Gauss sums

Abstract
Using the analytic methods, the orthogonality of characters and the properties of the classical Gauss sums, the asymptotic problems of the 2m-th power mean of Dirichlet L-functions weighted by the generalized k-th Gauss sums are studied.A sharp asymptotic formula for it is given.关键词
