手法对膝骨关节炎患者血清IGF-1、IL-1、TNF-α含量的影响
Effect of Manipulation on Serum Levels of Insulin-like Growth Factor-1, Interleukin-1, and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of manipulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and the possible mechanism.Methods A total of 60 patients with KOA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given massage in addition to conventional treatment, and those in the treatment group were given manipulation in addition to conventional treatment.ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), interleukin-1 (IL-1), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results Both groups had significant changes in the serum levels of IGF-1 and IL-1 after treatment (P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups in the serum levels of IGF-1, IL-1, and TNF-α before and after treatment (P<0.05).Both groups had a significant change in VAS score after treatment (P<0.05), and there was a significant difference in VAS score after treatment between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulation can reduce the pain of KOA, alleviate patients' conditions, and improve their clinical outcome, possibly by reducing the serum levels of inflammatory factors.关键词
