Abstract
Aiming at these problems of low production efficiency, low automation degree, and high production cost of foot-line-winding in Chinese detonator production, civil-dynamite electric detonator foot-line-winding machine is analyzed. Introduced the principle and current situation of industrial electric detonator foot-line-winding machine in civil-dynamite calling, analyzed and compared the variety winding machine in practical production. The analysis results show that the unidirectional automatic play the foot-line-winding machine based on electromagnetic clutch cap line is useful for raising the level of automation to improve production efficiency and product quality.关键词
